Indy Pederson who spent approximately 20 years in Patagonia and Brazil, and who warned more than a year ago that South America was on the frontlines of what he believes is an extraterrestrial invasion, says he has been vindicated by newly released Pentagon records.
On October 23, 2026, the Pentagon's seventh PURSUE disclosure tranche included a previously unreleased 2009 report prepared by Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS), a contractor working under a Defense Intelligence Agency-administered UFO research program.
The report's extraordinary opening paragraph:
“This study is about ... a terror that comes from some place other than Earth. It is a terror that the world's governments have completely ignored or claim doesn't exist, perhaps because they know of no way they can protect their citizens from it. The terror comes from Unidentified Flying Objects and the beings that operate them...these objects have been doing terrible things to people in Brazil - perhaps more so than in all other countries combined. This fact has been documented by extensive on-the-scene person investigations conducted...”

Indy Pederson is a researcher, Patagonia business owner who was building a resort on an island locals claimed is “a known UFO base,” and author whose work focuses on the intersection of military history, ancient sacred texts, symbolism, and modern technology.
Drawing on interviews of major players in nuclear war in 30 countries for over two-years of non-stop world travel including: walking into the KGB offices in Moscow and interviewing them; interviewing Colonel Yablonski, the American head of the Nuclear START Agreement in Moscow; interviewing a lieutenant colonel and two generals inside Cheyenne Mountain; going deep underground in Missouri’s launch control center; interviewing Navy officials at Bangor sub base in Washington, and numerous officials at our nuclear Minuteman missile sites at F.E. Warren AFB in Wyoming and Colorado including 3 Missileers while they were sitting in their nuclear-war simulator telling the author about a massive Russian launch of nuclear missiles on us that showed on their systems (not an exercise) and caused them “mental breakdowns.” Pederson approaches nuclear war not as a hypothetical scenario but as an existential certainty unless humanity fundamentally changes course.
